We do fire origin and cause investigations in structures, vehicles, heavy trucks and equipment, wildland, farm equipment, marine vessels and cargo. This includes photographs, computerized plan drawings, interviews & statements if required plus working with a host of other specialized experts we are affiliated with. For the benefit of our clients we use all the tools of the trade to most accurately determine the cause of a fire, including detection canines, hydrocarbon detectors, product recall databases and forensic laboratories, but most of all, years of experience.

FIRE INVESTIGATION TRAINING & SEMINARS:

After many years experience in insurance adjusting as well as investigating insurance fraud and other insurance matters, it became obvious that different Insurance companies and adjusting firms have different ways of handling fire claims. Because of errors and questionable decisions the costs of fire claims can easily become higher than necessary.

We have prepared a power point presentation entitled "Reducing Costs of Fire Claims" which has been designed specifically for adjusters and claims examiners covering ten different reasons why fire claims can be higher than necessary. Feedback from everyone we have presented this 1 ½ hour seminar to indicates that it is very helpful and educational to the industry.

FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS:

Over 34 years of investigation experience including law enforcement and crime scene analysis allows us to offer criminal or defence investigations to a wide range of corporate and private clients. This includes interviews & statements, crime scene photography & documentation, computerized scale drawings and location of witnesses. Our wide range of contacts includes document examiners, specialized engineers, statement analysts and other experts.

ABDUCTION RESCUE:

Special training and experience, plus international contacts and affiliations permits us to offer an abduction rescue service to corporations or persons with family members, friends or employees who are being unlawfully and/or forcibly held against their will anywhere in the world. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION:

The best tool to assist you if you are involved in a motor vehicle accident is a professional quality investigation of the circumstances surrounding the accident. Most of our clients for traffic accident investigations are law firms. Sometimes these law firms are representing insurance companies and sometimes they represent private individuals or corporate clients who have been involved in an accident. Usually there is a question of liability and our expertise in this area allows us to provide our clients with scene photos and measurements, a computerized plan drawing to scale, inspection and photographs of vehicle plus locating and interviewing witnesses.

We use the most modern technology to prepare a coloured plan drawing with all items to scale, including the vehicles involved. Our extensive court room experience allows us to provide a top notch product to our clients at very economical rates.
